Build a extension for Elgg

To build a extension for a Elgg.

I have the Elgg 1.9, and I need an extension for users build their own "family tree".

There already one extension on the community sort of like the one i want.

requirement of the extension

* the structure have to change...

* it have to be installed on every member page, so they can add any other elgg/member of the site.

* the member/Elgg have to have the ability of approve and delete any person on his mural

* any new solicitation and approval to be show on the elgg wire

* have to show their picture and name
