Build a personalize taxi booking system + set up the homepage

Hello,

I have to create a website for shuttle transfer service. I need someone who can personalize for me a wordpress theme for installing a simple booking reservation system.

I'm thinking about something similar to this: [login to view URL]

The booking system need to have the following features:

- It can support multilingual

- It can allow to book & pay OR asking for book and accept manually payment

- It can generate insta quote

- We don't need to integrate Google Map API, instead we can choose the pricing from a point A (pick-up) to a point B (Drop-off) then it can generate a direct quote (Like in this website [login to view URL]).

- People can add extra luggages and then the price is updated.

- It can support paypal + visa payments.

I don't need that you build the whole website, the project is only for set up a sweet homepage with the booking system integrated.
