Build a responsive WHMCS template

Hi All,

I need somebody to design me a WHMCS responsive template.

I will need somebody responsible and reliable.

I will also need you to present me a portfolio.

Mandatory:

- All pages need to be responsive

- All pages need to be unique no resemblance to WHMCS template files.

- Code must include comments in it

- I need you to estimate a dead line for completion of the project.

- No payment will be release until I test the template on your server and I am happy with it.
