I need a new YouTube video that is about 7 min long with music and 10 pics moving / fading while the music is playing. Very little text also need to be added. It is relaxing music with photos of kids. Music and pics are available.

It's easy for me, I made this 10 years ago too :) I made many videos with existing pictures :) If you want, with edited and cut audio too. I usually use Sony Vegas
