Convert an existing website into a fully responsive wordpress site.
PROJECT
* Existing site at [url removed, login to view] should look exactly the same as the final wordpress site in-terms of layout, graphic design and animations/movements on the page.
* All content should be part of the CMS of wordpress so that all content throughout the entire site is editable by admin.
** All broken links must be fixed.
* Entire site must be fully responsive including optimied for tablet and mobile screen sizes.
* Desktop and mobile site must load very fast and both must have Google Page Speed score of 95 or more. Any and all desktop and mobile errors identified by Google Page Speed must be fully resolved.

* Add SEO wordpress modules to maximize SEO.
* Website to be hosted at location/server we determine.
* Website to be changed to utilize SSL cert (provided by us) so that all traffic is via https
* All files, including all Source Code or Compiled Code, must be deposited to our BitBucket repo at the end of every day
REQUIREMENTS
-Must have completed at least 3 previous projects on Freelancer to be considered.
-Must have a rating of 4.5 or higher
-Must have a completion rate of 90% or higher
TIMEFRAME
-Complete entire project in two weeks from date project is awarded
MILESTONES
10% = Implement Wordpress and modules and convert Landing Page into Wordpress
40% = Convert entire site into fully responsive Wordpress site and bring site live / online.
10% = Implement and configure SEO modules and SSL cert (so traffic only via https)
40% = Desktop and mobile site speed optimized and all issues fixed as per Google Page Speed analysis
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For this project, from the start we own 100% of all source code, compiled code, images, graphics, content and intellectual property except for code that is opensource (ie Wordpress and associated Wordpress modules).
If Freelancer is unwilling or unable to complete any part of this project then we reserve the right to immediately cancel the project. Once canceled, no further payments will be made to the freelancer.
