Design a Homepage for My Website

We have a website that is in need of a new homepage:

The page needs to fit in line with our site, and needs:
1. The top nav and footer to say the same, so no design needed on that.
2. We need better navigation on the actual homepage, outside of the top nav.
3. You will need to read some of our website and find out about what we do, but to summarise, we:
- Offer paid teaching programs abroad
- Offer these programs in these countries - Thailand, Vietnam, China, Czech Republic, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Guatemala, Argentina, Brazil.
4. You need to know that our selling point is that we offer:
- Face to face training and a guaranteed paid teaching job in each country.
5. We also target young people aged 21-35 years old.
So what we need is not just the design, but thought behind the design as well.
Whatever you make I will have a web developer code up.
