Design an affiliate program and full website

I would like a website designed, information researched and added with affiliate links to the recommended products. Sports website with 5 page fitness, boxing, weight loss, sports health nutrition.

I want to find somebody I can work with on this project, offer the first 6 months profits at 25% and if done properly I would be hoping to make at least 1k a month profit so in essence that would be £1,500 and that is a minimum. There is no reason why this website cannot generate 5+ sales a day earning £300-500 a day, as once the website is up and running I will pay for the advertising needed.

I would like the initial outlay to be minimal but can come to an agreement as it progresses. I already have the affiliate websites to use, i have the pages and products i want to display, i just need the research and website created and easy to maintain.
