Design a simple flash project and a header

This project is really simple and anyone who can use Photoshop and flash will be able to do this really quick.
The two images i have uploaded with this post will help you to figure out what i am asking of you.
Logo/Header : the header in the picture " image " in the top left hand corner. I want to make that look a little better and wish a brown tag ( that what you see on clothes in designer shops) hang from the hoop of " A ". You can customize this or make adjustments to what you think will look better.
Flash project : The picture named " example " shows 4 circles with text and an image in each of the circles. I want the circle to appear left to right. For example:
circle appears then order/image. then arrow advances to the next circle that appears, then inside will appear pay/image and so on. Once the 4 circles have appeared and the text inside. a line at the bottom will appear saying :
IXBRL tagging made simple.
This is down to yourself to make it look as good as possible while keeping the simple/clean look the website currently has.
As this is based on what we require and not just paying for an image/flash project as we may need to adjust the circles or something you have previously done to how we want.
