ENFOLD professional to create a Child-Theme

I'm looking for a Wordpress and ENFOLD professional to create/adjust a new Child Theme.
I worked with a feelancer, but he can't create the child theme as needed in the last 14 days.
Please be sure you know ENFOLD and you know what a CHILD Theme is. This must include :
- all layout settings as from the attached PDF
- 2 new loop areas to build a blog loop as from PDF Page 8 and PDF Page 9 wth the integrated ENFOLD hooks (filters and actions) - no change of the core ENFOLD files
- a default Color Set that will be implemented as ENFOLD-Color Set
- the need image Sizes as wordpress images sizes (and use of this)
- main and footer menu as from PDF-Page 3
This new layout must work with ALL ENFOLD features, not only the one from the PDF.
We will start today.
We have to finish today.
You will get access to the wordpress backend and the ENFOLD-Child-Theme
