CS:GO SkinSpinner

Pretty much, like the other CS:GO Gambling websites (CS:GO Shuffle / CS:GO Fast) ([url removed, login to view]) ([url removed, login to view]) we're looking for someone that can design the website, with a spin displayed on the websites. we've already got the domain and and the steam API key, we've got hosting sorted for when it's needed and DDOS Protection. what we will also need is a steam bot that will accept trades from the people wanting to enter the game then it would put them in the "pot" ( the skins can be price checked against for their prices in $ from "Steam Analyst website" then with the price in $ they get a higher % of the pot the more money they have in, say for example the pot was $100 and someone put in $10 they'd have a 10% chance to win. Then when the limit of 60 skins is reached the pot will spin, once it lands on the winner the bot trades the winner the skins that where in the pot ( - the 5% commission that we take for hosting the spin) then the next spin starts when the 60 skins are deposited. we would also like a chat on the website so the users can communicate with each other (using their steam profiles) ( they'd sign in with steam on the website)
