Typography using PMS color system on existing design

The project entails converting/duplicating an existing image using Pantone Colors and adding typography to the image. The image is to be used in screen printing. The designer is limited to the use of 2-3 colors (black, yellow, grey). The ability to separate the final design into individual color layers is a plus. Looking for someone creative and has great communication skills. This is the first of several similar projects I intend to hire a freelancer to complete.
