A single illustration (details in project body)

We are working with a Swedish solar energy company to create their website and we are looking to create an illustration of a natural scene that has some buildings in it, the details are as follows:
- This illustration will be used as our main image in our website home page
- It will contain several trees, a lake and a blue sunny sky (all of these components are colored)
- It will contain the following list of buildings (in black and white only)
-- Swedish villa
-- Swedish apartment building
-- Swedish farm
-- Factory
-- Hospital
-- Shopping Center, Mall or Office building
Once we agree on the design you will be requested to provide the following versions
1) Version with everything is in black and white even the background
2) Version with colored background and all building are in black and white
3) Version with colored background and only the villa is colored while the rest of the buildings are in black and white
4) Version with colored background and only the apartment building is colored while the rest of the buildings are in black and white
5) Version with colored background and only the farm is colored while the rest of the buildings are in black and white
6) Version with colored background and only the factory is colored while the rest of the buildings are in black and white
7) Version with colored background and only the hospital is colored while the rest of the buildings are in black and white
8) Version with colored background and only the shopping center is colored while the rest of the buildings are in black and white
We will need these different versions because we are looking to create an image map where only the building underneath the mouse is the one to be colored (i.e. on mouse hover a specific building is colored)
