Build a Website

I have a website hosted by GoDaddy Web/Classic Hosting running IIS7 running SQL server 2008. Now I want to move this website to the GoDaddy Plesk platform running IIS 8 running 2012.

My website has been programmed with ASP, and ASP.net with SQL server.

It also uses JQuery, itextsharp library, html, and some javascript.

The database has about 15 tables. There are html codes in the root directory which works and requires no change. The following folders are under the root directory:

- _ScriptLibrary (old library used by Classic ASP provided by Microsoft)

- _Themes (CSS files)

- dev (several Class asp files used for testing the environment)

- common (common .inc, and .asp used by other asp pages)

- css (an empty folder comes with the web hosting)

- images (.jpg, .png, and .gif files)

- Main (Classic asp pages includes the login page, about 10 files)

- lesson_plan_gen_v1 (main function written by either Classic asp or asp.net, about 30 files)

Access to the Godaddy web hosting will be granted, with support calls or emails to Godaddy possible.

This migration includes but not limited to the following activities:

- modify the [url removed, login to view] and connectionstring to connect the database to the code

- modify the [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] files if needed

- modify any settings if required

- modify any code if required

The database has been ported to the new Plesk environment, and can be accessed from Sql Server Management Studio from remote laptop.
