Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

I have a boutique Australian Migration Agency. website: visaaustraliamnc.com. I have tried several freelancers to run my adwords campaign since April. They delivered very poor results and all my spend on marketing was just down the drain. I only want to run the campaigns for US and UK. Migration is a very niche business and we do not want too many leads to convert. The leads have to be qualified though. They must be seriously looking to migrate to Australia, not just looking for random searches for Australia. I need to achieve 15-20 qualified leads per week to click on the adwords to link to my website and make an enquiry. These enquiries must be traceable. I have only shortlisted two freelancers for this job after reviewing your profile very carefully. You are one of the two. I would like you to carefully review the project by looking at my adwords account and provide me your review on how you can deliver the results and if you can. I do not want to waste time or money again only to be disappointed. I would like to run this campaign ongoingly as my only marketing strategy so I require someone to continually monitor the campaigns and make modifications as necessary. I'm interested in paying a fixed price weekly so we can monitor results. Thanks, Meg
