I am looking to have an interactive module designed and built for my website which users can download and design their own office space on. A very similar module has alreayd been built and is on the IKEA website.

After designing the space, the user can then do a 3D walk around the room.
I have been let down by another developer who has gone off sick ( for a very long time) and is closing his company. I believe that the programme would need to be built in :-
Macromedia Director/Shockwave, Java, proprietary 3D plugin.
I am looking for a very reliable organisations with a competetive quote. If foreign, you must have a very good understanding of English. I also dont want to deal with any company who do not understand the boundaries of 'no' . I only want a company to say 'yes' to the project if they are 100% sure that they can do it.
I also understand that 3D furniture can be bought in sets over the internet so i know that i do not need 3D designers for this bit.
