CSS 3D Interactive Carousel.

From what I understand, this can be done rather fast by someone who is skilled in web design.

I need to reproduce this type of CSS 3D carousel, please consult the link bellow :

The required actions go as follows:

Each panel of the carousel will represent a category display for a restaurant menu.

When a user clicks on a panel, a menu card (image+text & possibly video) appears bellow the carousel containing relevant information to the panel's category.

If a user was to click the same panel again, the menu card is automatically refreshed

with new information chosen at random from a variety of menu cards from that same category.

The menu card should fade in and have a smooth slide flip effect. The 1st side that is visible should be a logo and the

the flip side is where the image+text & possibly video is displayed.

The rotation of the carousel should be controlled with buttons, as shown in the example, or by hovering the mouse pointer in the desired direction.

I need:

Working example+Scrip+code+instructions as to how this can be implemented. It should all be in HTML5, CSS, JAVA.
