I am working on the upcoming new project:

where I will have a list of churches on the right vertical menu, and information about a particular church on the left side of the page.
When you click from one church to the other, the church you selected has a CSS that highlights it.
However, the list is very long, and gets out of the visible screen of the page.
I would like a jQuery component that allows the selected LI item to be on the center of a DIV with specific height. There will be an up arrow at the top of the DIV and a down arrow on the bottom of the DIV allowing the user to scroll the list.
