Angular.js expert

Are you an expert using Angular.js? We hav ea Yii backend, with many views that need to be replaced with an Angular frontend.

Our Yii backend has a restful API that can generate all the data needed for the front end.

We are looking for someone who can create Angular.js views for us, who ALREADY HAS angular.js experience.

DO not apply if you want to learn Angular.js, I can do that myself as I too am a developer. I just have a bunch of overload now, and need someone WHO IS BETTER THAN ME with whom I can assign tasks to via my Redmine issue tracker, and have them complete them in a timely manner.
