Build nodejs api based on FeatherJS framework

I'm looking for a nodejs developer to build simple api based on FeathersJs framework([url removed, login to view]). The developer should have knowledge about Twilio API also.

Technology Stack:

- FeatherJS

- mongodb

- webrtc (prefer using Twilio)

- mongodb: [url removed, login to view] instance

- github

Scope of Work:

- setup project structure

- implement some apis (will discuss later on detail, I need basically user service, search service and Communication(video call) service)

- deploy to free host such as heroku to continuous verifying

Required skills:

- experience in building scalable backend system with proven track record

- experience in building Restful service and generate api document (Swagger convention preferred)

- experience in working with Twilio before

- Nice to have experience in design api for mobile
