Configure Node js in VPS server

You need to configure my server for nodejs perfectly and write a simple script which will use sequelize npm. It will append a line(someone is visiting at @current_time) and show all previous lines in the brwoser .

DETAIL :

I need some help to setup nodejs at my vps server. I have installed the nodejs and npm at my server. My installed nodejs version is v0.10.25 and npm version is 1.3.10

I have run the hello world code sample and it says server is running. But when i browse the url, it is showing connection time out. Sample code:
