Copy/Paste ~280 product from Magento site to a new Magento using admin panel - repost

We have an existing Magento site that contains about 280 products.
We also have a new Magento site that is also live in production and can be accessed from the internet.
Your tasks is to simply copy/paste the 280 products from the old site to the new one.
Also notice that the categories on the new site were already created and matches the old one
You will be provided with admin access to the both websites.
you will need to:
1. Copy/Paste the description, price, related items and the other product configuration.
2. Add the same images to the new website (you can download from the old, save the locally and upload to the new)
