I would need a Android APP that can be installed ( depends if possible ) from Play Store or A Website. The purpose is to track another persons mobile.
The app shouldn setup an app icon on Desktop - it should be installed and run as background service. The app should be able to use or better to have permission to turn on GPS on device in order to track the position. There should be a unique "pincode" when the app is beeing installed. This pincode is used to track the device later from a website. If the app is getting a request it should send pincode and gps position to a webservice.

There should not be any problems if the app fails to come to Playstore, i will put it on our website for install.
Very important:
* the app should be hidden ( no icon )
* running in background ( listening on requests )
* is it possible that the app turns on gps ? or just can use gps if it was set to on by user ?
* the unique pincode and the phone needs to be paired properly ( so that we can track the phone later from web ) PIN comes from a webservice.
* web > app request ( where is the phone ? ) --> app sends back position to webservice.
no gui is needed ! >> just install >> when the app is starting for first time "pin code is fetched from server"
