The app i need is a app that indexes Croatian beaches and can be expanded for the whole world.
So same thing like a hotel finder app but i need to be able to add beaches myself using gps coordinate system in a backend admin panel.
Id expect this wold work of a mysql database.
Ok the app needs to have 3 main attributes with sub attributes for search and filtering options:
Beach type:
sandy beach
fine gravel beach
concrete beach
gravel beach
natural beach
nudist beach (exclusive to paid app later)
Blue Flag beach
rocky beach
Beach facilities:
showers on the beach
toilet facility
restaurant on the beach
restaurant in the vicinity
bar on the beach
bar in the vicinity
kiosk in the vicinity
kiosk on the beach
Sport and adventure opportunities:
volleyball
tennis
table tennis
mini golf
water polo
jet ski
paragliding
boat tours
boat rides
waterparks
All these would be selectable or none could be selected while searching.
For the look of the app the user would be able to search or filter by this info. A good thing to have is to be able to show how far the beach is from the users current position. And be able to see it on a map.
Possibly even show a route to the beach( if that is to pricey we will do it)
Beaches can be liked on facebook directly from the app with a link back to my app or website. Same for all the popular social networks. I would use facebook comments if that is possible so people can comment on the every single beach.
Also when a person clicks on a beach i would like a description and a picture gallery. ( if you ever seen the ebay app, it has tabs that say discription, pictures, shipping so when you click them it opens what you pressed.)
The app needs to be in Croatian and English with options to expand later.
The ability to not just search in Croatia. Possibility to expand to whole of Europe and so on.
Natively the app will show the closest beaches first but you could expand the map to see all beaches with those attributes you selected. (use google maps maybe)
