available is are the app source code i need to finalize and delivery.
the App is local, contents are local, nothing is on the web
I have a issue in developing the part of the App that play a local video mp4 format on adroid device below 4.4.
the video in plaid in a App window and run for 2 minutes, under the window there are the App social tools.
Nothing special, jus the video do nt work.
video format is not a issue.
I need a skilled developer to work with for this and future project.
for this moment i need the video issue solved and the make the App appealing.
budget is max 50 € for video player issue.
