Provide a C# .Net program that will create a HIPAA ANSI X12 837 file. The input will be basic medical claims data from an Oracle database.
Previous experience in developing a similar application is a Must.
Functionality:
1. Map the existing 4010 data for HCFA to the 837 x12 format fields.
2. Produce 837 format using supplied Oracle stored procedures
