Desktop application in C# for storing the technical papers

Need Desktop app that will be having the GUI which exactly looks like as the first image in attachment. The left most window should have the tree view and the middle window will give the title and abstract and some other basic information of the each and every paper as i have shown in the image. The content in the second window should change dynamically according the selection of the list from the tree in leftmost [login to view URL] third window should list Year,Author Names,Document Types,Source Title,Affiliation,Country,Source Type and language. And the last window should give the information about what kind of software they have used in the paper. There will be like mostly some list of the software should be stored in database and we will populate the relevant software according to the paper which we have included in the application.
