Change Some CSS Styles on a Custom Drupal Module

I have a website built in Drupal 6 with a custom theme and also a custom module. The theme is actually fine and I'm happy with it, but there are a few style issues with the custom module when those pages appear.
I would like to fix up some styles on a few pages and adjust a menu only when someone is logged in.
You need to make the right menu appear on all pages - its a style/code issue and NOT a drupal menu issue.
You also need to fix several pages where the custom module styles are not the same on every page. You need to make every page look the same so its uniform.
For someone familiar with drupal and CSS I don't see this as being a particularly big job. However don't bid if you haven't styled with drupal themes and drupal modules before as you may find your time blow out.
