Custom Sharepoint online intranet design for small business

Hello,

I am looking to get a bid for help in the design of a Sharepoint Online (2007 BPOS) intranet for a small business.

We currently have a very basic site in place, and want to create a new site from the ground-up, which will include things like a company directory with bios and pictures for each employee, a shared calendar, and then individual project pages for each of the active company projects. --- Where I am looking for the most help is the layout and design, which should also include custom graphics. I envision a layout with a number of small graphics at the top (banner/header area) which could then lead to the individual pages. Maybe an icon for each of the departments. So, a very basic main page with friendly graphics to help lead the employees to the appropriate pages. The pages underneath would then include only the necessary components for that particular project. So, any skills with photoshop or graphics is a plus. We would need the security in place to easily handle contract / outside employees access as well as all of our core team both in office and remote.

Please let me know what else you need to know from me to give a good estimate, and if possible, provide any public Sharepoint sites you may have worked on, or are capable of creating, that you feel would fit my above description.
