Custom Flash Video Player

We are looking for a custom flash video player (similar to jw player), but unique and our own that nobody else has.

We would like the video player to support many different formats of videos, from mpg to wmv, x264 as well as flv - The player must be capable of playing all these types of media, as well as any other types of popular video that the designer can suggest.

If this is not possible, we will need converter scripts made (or supplied) to convert all those types of formats to x264, and the flash player would then need to support x264.

We may need consultation on this project before moving forward with exactly what we need.
