Need theme customization done for my WordPress website I want it to look web 2.0 I want it to scroll as least as possible. I'm looking for a simple yet unique type of layout for my covertvideopress theme along with 2 other plugins

*Dropbox option does not come with covertvideopress theme I'm using this plugin [login to view URL] I need you to integrate it into the submission form if user chooses it
After completing submission the user is told please allow up to 24 hours for post to view in a ajax box
Post is sent to pending post for admin to approve

*Post Tokens Plugin*
*To make a post user has to buy post tokens user can buy tokens at the following prices
4.99 for 1 post tokens (user can make 1 post)
19.99 for 5 post tokens (user can submit 5 post)**
*Users pay through PayPal*
after user successfully pays through PayPal tokens are added to their account and they are able to make a post.
After they submit a post, a token is removed from the account
**I should also be able to change these prices/token amounts easily on the backend**

*also need a option to cut off charging users to post via back end on the plugin (this is because while the website is new It will take time to build a solid audience and will have to let it remain free until it is time to start charging.
*I would still like to be able to change things like backgrounds/logo via backend of covertvideopress*
