Convert TCL web application to JSP/Servlet application

I have an web-based application that is written in the TCL language. ? It runs in a homegrown TCL application server which accesses a database using SQL queries. ? I can supply all the source code and the database structure.

I would like the application to be ported to JSP or Java servlets using Tomcat as the application server. ? The database can be MySQL, too.

There are roughly 37 TCL files to be ported. ? Only about 5-10 have significant logic.

The application is personal cash flow tool.
