add 1 page to an existing jsf application and fix a few bugs

requirements are as following ,

!.. there will be upcoming requirements as new projects, so we see this as a mid term relationship. any proposals including rewriting is accepted.

1) convert existing source codes to eclipse project

2) we need to add a column to existing [url removed, login to view] page, column name is decision ...

its vob_decision_log table.

3) adding a menu on top, and second page which is [url removed, login to view] for ex. menu will be accessible via mobile browser, so any simple links are accepted.

4) adding a simple blank page to menu, "[url removed, login to view]" , later we will fill this as a seperate project.

5) adding another simple page, named Accounting, later we will fill this as a seperate project.

6) making the second page ... the page structure is in the [url removed, login to view],

liquidate button will make current value columns 0, and put existing values to old value places.

restore button will replace current value and old values text boxes,

save will save these results to the database.

left text boxes are changeable, right ones are not. they are number fields, aligned on right. Below are the corresponding vob_parameter keys to change.

status part will be a combo, saying, disabled, active, manual ... if disable is selected it will make 0, active will make 1, manual will make 2, the key is active in vob_parameters field.

if manual is selected, the nearby textbox will be enabled, and it will save to , manual_position key, in vob_parameters table.

7) add additional lines and dots to existing chart. where to put a line and dots are in database. details will be provided.
