Automatically resize iframe height

I simply need a small bit of code so that I iframes will automatically resize their height to fit their content. The iFrame is being pulled from a different domain and we do not want to have to add or edit any code on the iframe source pages. It is going into a Drupal site, so PHP, Javascript or any other Drupal friendly language will work.

Here are some examples of cross domain iFrames with dynamically resizing heights:

I would like the footer go on top of the bottom of the iFrame to cover up the footer on the iFrame’s source site. You only need to do it once. After you give me the code I will do all the tedious work implement your code on a number of pages. You just have to do it 1 time!

If you can add a short animated intro effect which brings the iFrame onto the screen I will give additional $$$. Maybe have the iFrame slide down from the top or unravel like a scroll or something. If you can add this I will pay you more!

This is a very simple task for any web developer with even minimal programming skills.

To clarify, I just need the height of a cross domain iFrame resized dynamically so it matches the content. This guy did it here but I am unable to follow his code:

The width is always going to be the same size so you just have to work on the height. It needs to either be slightly shorter than the source page so that it does not show the footer on the iframe page. Alternatively you could use the blue footer on the project century site to "cover up" the iframe page's footer.

If you are able to animate the iframe appearing and disappearing (intro and exit) as a user loads a new page I will pay more for this.
