I want a small pop-up to show when people go to my homepage.

However, I know that these days many computers have pop-up blocker installed to suppress pop-ups from showing.

Does anyone know how to install a script for my homepage so that a pop-up can still show even if people have pop-up blocker installed?

The pop-up will be an advertisement with a hyperlink to one of my other pages.
