Convert PHP site into Joomla

I am looking to get a script that I purchased built into a joomla website. I understand that it should be a somewhat simple thing to do. Although this script has some Ion Cube encryption. This is my second go at this project.

What I am trying to do is take a joomla site and add into it my script that I had purchased to the member section of the site. I want it to work (if possible) with community builder and Idevafilliate.

For the first round I am just wanting to incorporate 3 sections of the script into the site, the rest can be added later. Then of course would need to have the admin section of the site. Need to be able to add advertisements and a somewhat modified referral system than what the site has built in. Pretty much the admin section needs to stay as is. Just actually removing the referral links and going to use the idevafilliate as the referral program.

I am going to be selling advertising through a separate site, so I just need the admin section to be able to add those into the site, no need for a advertiser sign up section etc. I do still need in the site the upgraded version. Most of this for the time being will be done via paypal. If you are at all familiar with joomla, you possibly could find a good extension that might save some time if some of this site has to be written from scratch.

It is very important to me that when you bid on this that you understand the best that you can what I am asking for. Please be sure that you give a accurate quote and accurate time to finish the project, matter fact I would rather you take 2 months to do it and do it right than 10 days and give me some crap site that i cant use. I am using this to work around to be sure all is done at the same time for launch.

I have not gotten the license needed for this yet, but will when needed. It might not work to build to be a part of the site and that is ok, I can make it work as a separate piece, but prefer it to be a part of the total earnings etc so one payment request can be made. SO this could be a work or no work kinda thing. If just adding to the site as a separate piece not included, that can be done later by me after the site is finished for testing.

I am going to ask that the payment structure be done in 4 payments. I need to be able to see what has been done and need to see progress. I have been burned twice already, so Im sorry if this seems unfair. I would like to receive at least some sort of update every couple of days. Some so I know where we are with the site but second for planning purposes for other things outside of the site to be done on time.
