Amend and add charts to existing Codeigniter/FusionCharts site -- 2

We have a secure BI Dashboard site based on Codeigniter and FusionCharts for registered users. It has 15 existing charts.

As another project we are already adding two new dashboards to this site. This project concerns amendments and additions to the existing dashboard.

In brief, the requirement is as follows:

1. User Site:

a. Increase the number of charts by 8 to 23 charts.

b. Create in chart 'links' that will activate 5 existing charts from inside other existing [login to view URL] enables the user to 'jump' to an existing chart or data table drawn from the database.

c. Amend 5 existing charts that have errors in axes, data filters, data tables, colour pallette, chart type or chart 'hover data'.

2. Administration Panel:

d. Amend or add new single record and data bulk upload templates for new and amended charts.

3. MySQL Database:

e. Amend fields to allow new data to be uploaded and stored

4. Test and deploy the new site within our existing site.

Shortlisted freelancers will be provided with access to the site and a written brief before submitting a final bid for the project.

Background: The existing site has three major components: a secure user interface to access charts and data depending on user access permissions; a secure admin panel allowing data for charts to be uploaded as single records or bulk upload vias csv files; a MySQL database that holds all of the data.

The user accesses the site and - depending on permissions - is able to select charts for certain countries and compare charts for up to three countries. The data is uploaded by a Data Administrator on a monthly or quarterly basis. Data can be uploaded or amended as a single record and uploaded in bulk.

Milestones: There will be two equal milestone payments:

1. Completion of User Site

2. Completion of Admin Panel and MySQL database amendments.

All work must be guaranteed for 6 months after completion to ensure all bugs have been identified and resolved.

Communications: Either via Freelancer or theVendors Support Portal. Please note: All project communications are in writing. We do not use skype or any other service for communications.

Budget: Not exceeding $100

Delivery: Within 4 weeks of project award
