Customize Wordpress theme (significant changes in Front-end) - open to bidding

HI! I PUT ONLY 11 (USD) FOR THE PROJECT, BECAUSE I NEED YOU TO MAKE A QUOTATION FOR THIS WORK. ONLY THEN I CAN DECIDE IF IT FITS MY FUNDS OR NOT. MANY THANKS. KIND REGARDS.

At the Front-end (inside users account):

1- A dropdown menu must be created, so users can choose only one option

(these options are subcategories from the theme)

2- Then a checkbox list must be created, so users can select multiple options

(these options are main categories from the theme)

3- Users (now) can submit their work with incomplete fields. This must be fixed, so users must complete some required fields before saving

3- Existing upload method is confusing. A friendly easy way of uploading pictures must be created

4- Some existing fields are visible, although not necessary (must disapear)

At the Back-end:

1- Administrator must be able to edit all main categories an subcategories. This is already possible, and must continue that way

2- All installed plugins are working fine, and must continue that way
