I need someone who can follow basic instructions and complete a website that I am redesigning. It is a PHP script from dzoic and it is 95% complete, I just need small changes fixed.

Upload a photo feature on message board has a glitch when it is clicked…please make sure it is working properly without error.
Entering text and clicking enter brings up error on message board.

There is an error when hovering over photo…when I hover over anywhere on that section then the popup comes. I need it to work only when I hover over the name and photo. On (View All) also.
