Custom Text Preview

I am building a website for custom vinyl decals and signs, and I am looking for someone to design a script like the one at:

I really need all the features that this script has (detailed below)

~ Field(s) to enter TEXT, FONT, COLOR

~ Field(s) to specify size that updates proportionately

~ Ability to change background color, or use a background image

~ Select quantity that will apply discount as quantities increase

~ I also need the preview to autoupdate as soon as an option is changed (auto refresh without pushing additional button)

Basically, if the script functionality works just like the sample site, that will be perfect!

It looks like the script features Server-side PHP, Javascript, and AJAX, but I can't figure out the server-side part.

I can design the "look" of the site, but can't figure out the functionality. I also have a shopping cart, so that part is not necessary.
