Complete Website Solution Needed (Development, Maintaince..)

We need a complete website solution for running WebMail service.

Things we need :-

1. Step by step guide on choosing Domain name + Hosting

2. Web Development as per our requirements (a website is to be build from scratch, no open source modules to be used, You can use any programming language + Database)

3. Development of Brand - Logos, banners, tag lines etc.

4. Installation of Website on the server and keep it running as it should

5. Web maintenance ( providing updations, fixes, modifications etc.. )
