Android simple home/launcher replacement

I urgently need a home replacement application for Android 2.x devices. One of the main feature should be this one: the drawer handle is replaced with a bottom scroll strip embraceing current status, shortcuts to applications. When you choose application icon you should navigate inside applications touching two arrows.

The primary target of this home replacement is to help Android's user resisteve touchscreens. Please visit a similar application named home++.
