Scope of Services: Client Management Software

I need some to build some software for me.

I need to be the Super Admin which will be the backend.... I should be able to add a new client that subscribes to our services. So there will be a client portal.

Within the client portal we should be able to add all the clients demographics. Like Name, address, phone, dob,ssn, email, and also be a section, for user name and password, also custom text boxes. The client will decide there username and password and there should be no duplicate usernames. Once they choice a username and password there should be a second step of email verification. Once the client is activated by us in the admin section the client should be able to login to the software. For now within the client profile when they login there should be a profile button in top right corner, logout and settings. In the setting the client can hit a button that says edit In the edit page they should be able to change any of there demographics EXCEPT username...

In our admin section we should be able to see all the clients and add new clients and also edit, suspended, restrict clients access.

This is a very easy project for the right person.....

This is step one of many different modules we will have added to this software......

I need this software to be very vibrant and beautiful and easy to use and operate....
