A web based application for a mobile distribution company

A web based application that distribute mobile phones to their registered suppliers, each supplier is given an amount of phones to sell and is given a target. supplier will make a return with the total number of phone sold, those that were faulty, and how many were not sold. There should be a stock where a supplier should be able to see the availability of mobile phones available, their model and how many we can grant him/her at the moment, the returns we expect from him and when the company should able to process supplier complains and fault phones returned. Admin should be able to calculate the number of phones given to each suppliers, how many were sold by each supplier, how many were returned and how many were faulty etc. VAT calculation etc. Just creativity any addition the programmer feels will be vital to the system should be included with full description. The phones should be of only three brands, namely Nokia, Samsung and Motorola, with 5 models only for each brand. There should be a provision for where the admin can insert more models as the company grows.
