cubecart v4 modification - email time spacing

Hi There,

Basically, I need a script writing for the latest version of cubecart v4 ([[url removed, login to view]][1]) that allows you to send out emails to all your clients on your mailing list, but allows you to space them out over a time scale that you set.

For example. If I had 1000 clients, I could set it to send the email i write to 100 of the 1000 clients in the first hour and 30 minutes, then it sends it too the next 100 clients... and so on, until it has sent that message to all 1000 clients.

The reason I need this script, is because there is a limit on how many emails I can send per hour, and I have a mailing list that exceeds this limit.

This mod shouldn't be very hard to do and shouldn't take too long for someone who knows what they are doing. I need it in a form where I can install it on other cubecart sites if I need to..

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
