Action One ([login to view URL]) Press Portal /WebDesign + Programming

Hello,

I want for my idea to have our own press-portal a affordable solution that I have a press portal like:

[url removed, login to view]

or

[url removed, login to view]

I want that the news are taken by RSS feed / Blog for example from other sources and articles are presented in our desgin... THE DESIGN MUST BE BETTER THAN [url removed, login to view] for example!

The idea of a publishing manager is nice like: [url removed, login to view] has it or [url removed, login to view] (Mediamanager) or openpr.de.

I also want that all articles are generated using a special template to a PDF...

I also want that in case a FLASH-NEWS OPTION is selected a daemon should send the PDF´s by fax (very simple... just type "sendfax [url removed, login to view] <destinationnumber>" in linux shell...

Another option should be, that news which are published on our portal can be distributed and published on the other portals... so I need some parser / feed / Gw. which makes it possible, that our news are distributed...

My budget is 500,- USD for creating a portal like the others have...
