Add ability to [login to view URL] to act as a deal aggregator

I need to add deal aggregating ability to current website www.hisnherdeals.com.au. All current site features MUST remain the same however rather than just listing deals I want to be able to accept a feed from other group buying and retail sites in order to advertise their deals on my site. When a visitor clicks on see deal or buy now this should then redirect to the advertisers site and our site will take a commission on the sales &/or advertising fee. Please see [login to view URL] as a similar website in respect to this functionality however as stated all other features of [login to view URL] must stay the same as current including his/her split setup on homepage etc. The work must be tested and verfied in all major browsers and a reasonable timeline must be agreed upon.
