Astrology Project (Moon Sign Calculator and Compatibility Score)

Hey!
I am looking for someone who has previously worked on an astrology project and is aware of an algorithm than can calculate the sun/moon sign of an individual based on the date/time/place of birth entered.
The project is being made with an intention to give a single simplified compatibility score based on the details of 2 individuals entered.
Here is an example:
When date/time/place of birth of both individuals are entered the output will be a number like - Compatibility Score is 95%. As simple as that....
