Convert existing website to Wordpress

Hi,
We are a small ISP in Australia that is in need for a website facelift. The website was built over 10 years ago We would like to convert to Wordpress with the same layout and some only minor graphical changes.
I would prefer that you create native Wordpress pages for all existing pages rather than just copying the existing PHP code into the Wordpress pages. I need to make it easy for us to make future changes to content.
Please provide your bid for doing this work. We also host around 60 domains and will be offering basic website design preferably in Wordpress. If this project goes well, I would consider using the winning bidder for all future Wordpress/PHP work.
