We need a website designer who can provide:
- Custom (under NO circunstance we will take prebuilt themes) web design for a PHP Nuke website. Must create ALL sections.
- All images and texts will be provided.
- It's a Vehicule (Car) oriented club (similar to Honda Members, Club Golf or any other).
- Website is in Spanish (but texts will be provided).
- Winner MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN FLUENT ENGLISH OR SPANISH TWICE A DAY to explain progress of project.
- The design will NOT be used for any other client in the future.
- Winner at the end MUST provide ALL material used for the design (jpg, psd files).
- If you have not been rated on GAF, please contact BEFORE bidding. You will be required to prove that you can complete the project before being accepted.
The project has been updated because the last person who accepted never finished it :(
