NOTE: My budget for this project is only $50, so do not bid if you think you cant do the job at this price. Read the following carefully to get an idea of what needs to be done.
I have a website but it needs to be developed, it doesn't look pleasing. So I came across this site: [url removed, login to view] , I want my site to have a look similar to that but will have to be customized maybe with a background but nothing complicated.
So basically you need to know photoshop in order to make the graphics etc... instructions will be provided...
Any questions do let me know, this is an easy web design exercise. A milestone will be made for the winning bidder and released only after work is completed. I want this done as soon as possible(within 3 days) so please state how long you think you can get this done.
No psd or anything needed.. you just modify the existing template from that website and simply customize it.
